Eastern & Western Philosophies

We begin in the East.

Traditional Chinese Medicine.

A healthy liver and gallbladder contribute to stable drive, vitality, courage and the wisdom to follow through with the vision you have for your life.

When they are out of balance, your liver and gallbladder house the capacity to feel intense emotions, like anger and frustration. Resentment and impatience. Irritability and depression.

Taking care of, and cleansing, these organs will help produce the opposite sensations; pleasure & satisfaction.

They also produce, store, and dispense bile. Bile is essential for:

  • breaking down fats and other nutrients for energy
  • removing toxins
  • stimulating the small intestine to move digesting food downward toward elimination

(who likes to be regular!? then show your liver and gallbladder some love!)

I highly recommend receiving an acupuncture treatment before and after any cleanse or flush. Acupuncture and cleansing support each other beautifully and care for your body without unnecessary surgery or chemicals.

And in the West.

Johns Hopkins School of Medicine says this about the importance of gallstone removal.

"Gallstones form when bile stored in the gallbladder hardens into stone-like material... gallstones that obstruct bile ducts can lead to a severe or life-threatening infection of the bile ducts, pancreas, or liver." www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/conditions-and-diseases/gallstones

Unfortunately, in the west, the most common treatment is to remove the gallbladder. I do not believe this is necessary (granted there are always exceptions).

Why not try a few flushes and see how you feel? Get your gallbladder checked again after 6 monthly flushes. Maybe, just maybe, you can avoid surgery - as well as the $24k to $32k bill.
